When should I start taking my child
to the dentist?
At 6 months, even if they do not have any erupted teeth we still check the gums and go over important dental care to create a healthy environment for your baby’s new teeth!
Are Dental X-Rays safe?
Our offices use digital radiographs which reduces normal radiograph exposure up to 90%. We use safeguards such as lead aprons with thyroid protectors and high speed films. The amount of radiation received with Dental X-Rays is very small, we receive more radiation from the sun, granite countertops and day to day living!
